Return & Refund Policy

We want every Gothic-Veil order to arrive as expected. If you need to request a return, contact official@gothic-veil.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Eligible items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging where applicable. Items showing wear, washing, alteration, damage, odors, or missing tags may not be accepted.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, customized items, final-sale items, and products specifically marked as non-returnable are not eligible unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to request a return

1. Email us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
2. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
3. Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping service.
4. After the return is received, we will inspect it and email you with the outcome.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return was caused by our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you when the refund has been processed.
