Return & Refund Policy

We want every Gothic-Veil order to feel right. If you need help with a return, please contact official@gothic-veil.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable. For hygiene and quality reasons, worn garments, damaged items, and items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Sale items, customized items, and final-sale products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery.
